Questions

  • Where is the event taking place?

    Location is TBD, but will be in the Bellevue, Washington area. More details on the exact location to follow in the coming weeks.

  • Is food provided?

    Yes, meals and refreshments are included with your in-person ticket.


  • What should I bring during the event?

    All participants are encouraged to bring a laptop equipped with the latest versions of applicable software (Fathom, UCI, Seasoft, and/or SatView) and a working USB serial adapter (we recommend the FTDI UC232R-10) with appropriate drivers installed. Optionally, you may also bring your own CTD data files to process.


    Please ensure to bring a charger and charging adapter for your laptop, as we will not have extras on site.

  • Can I attend virtually?

    No, this event is in-person only for this year.

  • Can you provide documentation for visa applications?

    If you need a Letter of Invitation for your visa, please email Training@seabird.com.

  • How do I register for sessions?

    You can add sessions to your agenda to help you plan your day. Adding a session helps you keep track of what you're interested in, but session seating is first-come, first-serve, no reservations - arrive early to grab your spot! 

  • I can no longer attend. How do I cancel my registration?

    Please email Training@seabird.com to let us know you can no longer attend.
